    I do not accept tips! When I give you a quote, that price includes tax and I explicitly not accept additional monetary tips. Any “keep the change” cash tips will be donated to a local Hamilton grassroots/mutual aid org. Little trinkets, treats, or non-monetary gifts are always welcome but never expected.

    I am a relatively fast tattooer and therefore charge per-piece for most pieces. Below is an approximate guide. All prices are including tax and I do not accept additional gratuity:

    • Roughly 4” x 4” or “palm size”: $250-350

    • Roughly 7” x 4” or “hand size”: $400-550

    • Roughly 7” x 7”: $600-800


    • Roughly 8.5” x 11”: $850-1100

    • For larger projects (roughly 4+ hours) or complicated placements that make giving quotes difficult, I will likely charge a day-rate (or multiple day rates until we finish the project) of $1000-$1200/day.

    I always give an estimate quote before we confirm the tattoo. The quote isn’t solely based on size but also placement and detail. The quote may change slightly if on the day of the appointment the size and/or placement are slightly different than what I was quoting for. I am always comfortable having open and honest conversations about budgets and costs, so please don't hesitate to ask.

  • For custom pieces, I always send sketches ahead of a booked appointment for you to review. I am happy to make some adjustments to the design if required, but if the re-draw is too much for me to accommodate before the appointment, we will reschedule and you will lose your deposit (this almost never happens)

  • I do both! I love doing my original designs and also love the process of custom collaboration.

    Flash refers to designs I have pre-drawn that are available to be tattooed. Please see the “flash” section of my website for available designs and more info. 
All of my flash is repeatable: this means it can be tattooed more than once.

  • I work in Hamilton, ON at Sleepy Bones Tattoo (477 King St. E). We are a private, appointment-only studio.

  • There is one step outside the door and one step inside to get to the main space. The bathroom is on the main floor (aka no extra stairs to get to it).

    I always wear an N96 mask, we provide surgical and N95 masks for folk at the front if they choose to use one, and upon request we will happily ensure everyone in the shop wears a mask for your appointment.

    I can only speak English.

    My tattoo bed is quite comfortable and has a weight limit of 450lbs.

    We’re an extremely chill vibes shop, and keep a warm and upbeat energy. It is a small, relatively quiet shop.

    Any accessibility needs, concerns, or inquiries not listed here, please do not hesitate to ask and I will do my best to accommodate!

  • I will require a $100 deposit once the appointment is set up. This will go toward the final cost of your tattoo.

    You will forfeit your deposit if:

    • You decide not to keep the appointment.

    • You dramatically change the design/subject matter.

    • If you don't call, don't show, or you cancel without 48 hours notice, you will be required to put down another deposit to reschedule. If you cancel with no intention to reschedule, you will lose your deposit.

    • If you show up more than 20 minutes late without letting me know you're running late.

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will continue to be applied to your final tattoo session, provided you give 48 hours advance notice.

    • You reschedule your appointment more than once

    • I typically send over a sketch days ahead of the appointment. I am able to make changes to the design, but any major changes may require a new appointment date and forfeiting the deposit. I will keep clear and open communication about this process.
