Eg: inside left forearm, side of calf, sternum, wrapping around the knee onto the thigh etc.
FYI: A "sleeve" means your entire arm, shoulder to wrist, wrapping around fully.
Size

Rough size in cm or inches, unless it is ie: sleeve, backpiece, etc. Note: please do not say "sleeve" if what you mean is a large arm tattoo! This helps me get an idea of what the general size is.
Available days

Please select ALL days of the week you are typically available. Note: I typically book appointments at 11am and 2pm (depending on the size of the piece).
Anything else I need to know about your availability?
(eg- you can book-off any day, you're only available to be at the shop at 2pm etc). This information helps to make finding a time/date for the appointment easier.

Appointment Disclaimer

I will let you know if your project will require a video or in-person consultation. If you want one regardless, just let me know!
Deposit:
I will require a $100 deposit once the appointment is set up. This will go toward the final cost of your tattoo.
You will forfeit your deposit if:
-You decide not to keep the appointment.
-You dramatically change the design/subject matter.
-If you don't call, don't show, or you cancel without 48 hours notice, you will be required to put down another deposit to reschedule. If you cancel with no intention to reschedule, you will lose your deposit. If you show up more than 20 minutes late without letting me know you're running late.
-If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will continue to be applied to your final tattoo session, provided you give 48 hours advance notice, and the appointment is completed within a year from the original date.
-You reschedule your appointment more than once
-While I send out sketches ahead of time, I typically only show completed drawings the day-of the appointment. I am able to make small changes to the design but any major changes may require a new appointment date and forfeiting the deposit.

Drawing:
For custom pieces, I always send sketches ahead of time for you to review, but you will likely only see the finished drawing when you come in the day-of the appointment. I am happy to make a slight adjustment to the design if required, but if the re-draw is too much for me to accommodate the day of the appointment, we will reschedule and you will lose your deposit.
